Behavior design in practice

You know the theory. How do you actually design for behavior?

Behaviour design is the craft of turning behavioural science into something that ships. JTBD framing for why people are reaching for a product, HCD process for understanding the moments where behaviour is decided, the BCT taxonomy for picking interventions that actually fit the barrier. This hub is where the theoretical building blocks become design moves you can make. Most of these pages predate the org-change pivot but the craft is the same: diagnose the behaviour you're trying to change, design for the specific barrier in the way, instrument the behaviour so you know whether it shifted. The Behavior Design course covers the foundations in one place.
