We need to be purposeful about rewards, recognition, gamification and behavior.
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should and if you do… at least be evidence based and scientific about it and don’t just use it to increase engagement for the purpose of engagement sake.
Understand the context and the people and know that cheap tricks don’t last and end up being made fun of…
