Have you ever done an MVI, or Minimum Viable Intervention?

The MVI refers to a pre-validated concept that aims to minimize risk at the initial stages by utilizing principles of behavioral science and human-centered design.

It ensures minimal technical dependencies for efficient development, a healthy chance of customer adoption, and value creation for the business.

By considering the psychological and social factors that influence user behavior, the MVI can be used to design and develop products and services that are more likely to be adopted and used effectively.

It is important to note that the validation process is ongoing and iterative.

The MVI is part of a larger process that is broken into two parts and which I have been working on with teams.

The first part takes you all the way to concept creation and the second part, where the MVI comes in is run as a design sprint.

Though I normally only run these as part of projects, I am considering doing some training for teams to go through the process.
