Discover how to unlock the routines that will help your team become a high-performance team with this free Miro board template. (link in comments)

Understanding the role of habits and routines can help your team organization be more successful and better aligned.

I'd been on the fence on sharing this one, but an article by Nir Eyal on habits and routines as well as the work from Jason Hreha made me think that it was time to open this one up and get more people to see my process.

Habits are behaviors that start as a conscious choice but become more unconscious over time.

💡 Examples of habits that we might want to develop at work may include meditating every day after our morning coffee or responding to criticism with openness and curiosity.

Routines on the other hand refer to a set of actions that are regularly repeated in a specific order and that can have positive effects on teams who follow them.

💡 Examples can be having a regular time for setting and reviewing team goals or having regular purpose-driven one-on-ones.

I'm opening up this board for you all to have a look, get inspired, and also give some comments.

This was the first version of the board that I made a while back, and while it has evolved, I would like to know what the community likes and what they would change from this original version.

If you are curious about working on this with your team or getting trained on it do let me know.

Happy Friday :)

P.S - I'll open it up for duplicating after I receive more comments from you all
