I’ll post this late (not optimising for the algorithm )
We have been building a behavior design library and playbook at Aim For Behavior to help teams understand how to apply behavioral strategies to their work.
The library will help you find the right strategy for your team to ideate the best solutions.
Basically as a practitioner, the goal is to translate academic work into practical strategies.
The first version of the library has been focused on motivation design - showing how to meet psychological needs - all with very detailed examples we have designed to show you how to implement them.
We are now working on the next phase of the strategies…
All strategies will include examples for 3 different industries to start - Education, Health and Finance.. with more to come or to customize with clients.
So all in all you will be able to access over 300 different resources to help you design for behavior.
Everything is evidence based, and backed by all the research we have reviewed and translated.
We have even started to building a gamification framework to incorporate into it.
We’ve started making cards to explain everything, so it’s easy for teams to use digitally or in person. - the library will live in a digital platform of course!
We are still planning how and to who this will be released… but i’m so proud of this project I wanted to share with you all..
