Aim For Behavior Β· 2022-11-16

Mixed Methods wins the game for creating great products and services for customers and equally great outcomes for organizations.

This is the lesson I have learned over the years and that has become more apparent recently while working and mixing Behavioral Science.

There is no way to win if we stick to only one method, as they all can enhance one another, however you need to understand them in order to mix and match them and eventually in order to master them.

This is where the idea of the Behavioral Strategy Framework came (one that I keep refining)

My thoughts are now very much around Jobs to be Done, Behavior Science, and Human Centred Design and these must live together (somehow), which is what I am working on currently figuring out.

I also got inspired to share these books by an article written by Julie O'Brien (i’ll link it in the comments)

This is a short list of books that can help you get a better idea and some inspiration, so you too can test, validate and learn.

I have some books on my kindle, which I can't really photograph in this way, but that should also be mentioned, and I will start with those.

This list is not complete, but I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me.
