In this new year, what design books will inspire you?

Which will you use when working on innovation and change?

I am a big believer that combining Science + Design = Less Risk

Behavior Science gives us a systematic and evidence based approach to delivering better outcomes for people and organizations.

It helps helps us de-risk and be more critical of our own hypothesis, which is something good for business.

In addition, it gives us theories and frameworks we can use that help us navigate complexity and give us better ways of building creating or improving products, services and experiences.

To move behavior into products and services, we need design and the methods it gives us.

Think about how a journey map can be enhanced with a behavioral analysis for example.

I hope these books help you as much as they have helped me
