Want to learn how to apply and design for behavior change in your product, service, innovation, and transformation projects?

We are happy to announce that we will be releasing the Beta version of the Behavioral Design Strategy Framework and Miro board tomorrow - Elina Halonen and I are working on the last details.

Elina is a trooper as she is also at a Behavioral Conference this week (thanks for all your hard work on this one).

The board will be available for anyone to take, and as we have said before we will be iterating on it and improving it, so please make sure you leave feedback, so we can implement it.

We will make a post tomorrow with all the details and the link to where you can get it.

We tried to incorporate as much as possible, but we realized it is just too large and as cases will vary and usage it is best we release it and hear from all of you.

The board includes 4 sessions to be run:

1. Business Opportunity 2. Behavior Definition 3.

COM/B-Behavior Change Wheel - Barrier 4. Intervention strategies and Solution Identification

The board will also include a link to the COM-B/BCW Elina created.

And remember, you can still register your team to get a free session with us, where we will use the framework and help you solve a behavioral challenge.

I'll leave the links below in the comments.
