When you build anything without knowing the needs and behaviors of people....
You won't get the results and outcomes you want. This is why we need to pay attention to the fact that people have:
-Beliefs
-Habits
-Mental models
-Fears
-Lack of capabilities
-Lack of skills
-Social influences
And we need to know how to increase the things that enable or remove the things that stop the adoption...
