Behavioral Science is a lens and not just a tool, which means that it can be used at different stages.
Though it normally has been used in end-to-end projects, and in problems that are complex, it can also be used to (re)-evaluate the initiatives and solutions you already have, to understand which drivers are working and which ones are not.
The key here is to eventually integrate this lens into the processes, policies, products, and experiences you deliver for both your customers and employees.
