What other swim-lanes would you want to see added on this journey?
Aim For Behavior · 2022-10-17

Have you ever wondered how to add a behavioral lens to your product or service journeys?

I created a purchase journey of an experience of buying a museum ticket online (micro-journey, adding some Behavior lanes w/COM-B and Cognitive Biases).

This template will help your team be aware of opportunities they could be designing for, to increase conversions and decrease friction from a behavior perspective.

The template is now live on Miro and the Miroverse for you all to use for your products (link in comments) - thanks Helena Brandist, you and your team are amazing.

As far as I know, there isn't an easy and free resource to see the components and where the cognitive biases fit into COM-B, so thought this was a good way to share and get some feedback.

I will keep updating the board regularly and possibly add more journeys and other components in the lanes to look for.

What other swim-lanes would you want to see added on this journey?

Elina Halonen is creating a more comprehensive one for the biases and their categories which she will share soon to the community for feedback and to keep improving.

If you are already using behavior to improve your journeys and experience let me know, would love to talk.
