We spend way too little time understanding people and way too much-collecting information and making a gut decisions.
We should be spending more time understanding people, understanding psychological models, decision-making, and behavior, and then bringing those insights into our hypothesis, so we can have a better chance of building products and services that actually serve and don't frustrate.
