We are almost done with the behavioral design strategy board, but as I was working on it today, I started to think about how important it is to make sure you are aligned and feeding back to your business vision and strategy.
Of course in large businesses you will have many levels of strategy - corporate, unit etc... even more so important to make sure you sense check and make sure you are not going off track.
Stakeholders can lose interest in your projects if they are not aligned with the overall strategy, even if you think you are doing the right thing.
I started to sketch out how the board should feed up, and would appreciate some feedback if any of you have some.
This is what I have done as a quick first draft
