What may work with one group is not going to work with another, so make sure you use an evidence based framework before applying any intervention strategy.

I used these 3 Cognitive Biases to build the perfect service:

-Social Proof -Anchoring -Reciprocity

If it were really that easy…

The truth is that behavior and decision making is not as simple as learning/applying a few biases - and while biases are an important part and you should have them in your toolbox- you need to know the right context of the actors/customers you are working with, barriers etc before jumping into solutions.

Biases seem easy to use and nice and neat to explain and adopt.

What may work with one group is not going to work with another, so make sure you use an evidence based framework before applying any intervention strategy.

Also more importantly test your assumption and see if your interventions hold up in the real world.

If you want to lean more about behavior and choice design, then maybe learn more from evidence based frameworks like COM-B (covers biases, habits and so much more) and the Behavior Change Wheel book and maybe learn a bit Self Determination Theory :)
