Technology adoption

The platform is live. Why hasn't anyone changed how they work?

The platform is live, the training is delivered, dashboards say green — and behaviour hasn't moved. Technology adoption fails as a behaviour problem, not a UX problem. New tools land into systems of habits, incentives, and team norms that pre-date them by years. The diagnostic question isn't "is the tool good?" It's "what's still rewarding the old behaviour, and what makes the new behaviour visible enough to feel worth the friction?" The pages here work that question across CRM, ERP, digital-transformation, and platform-migration cases. Most of them start in the same place: a clear-eyed look at what people are actually doing today, not what the rollout deck says they should be doing tomorrow.
