Is your organisation really thinking about people when planning to deploy AI technology?

If they are, then they need to understand future scenarios and then plan for how people are meant to be part of those. (Think Strategic Foresight)

Once you know the scenarios, then what?

You need to think about the behaviors, the system, the unintended consequences, the needs and the influences that will impact the people and the organization.

If you become incredibly efficient, and need less people, what may happen? If you don’t implement the technology correctly what may happen? If you don’t think about security what will happen?

If people don’t want to adopt, what will happen?

So many questions - for which you need to have scenarios for.

This is why I am personally going deeper into strategic foresight, and doing so with the things I know about behavioral science - because it is too important not to do so!

I will be sharing (as I always do) my journey into combining these areas…

In the meantime, what do you think organizations are doing to look at this?
