Can we use different perspectives and mixed methods to innovate? Say using Music as a mindset?
Though I have not personally used this framework, I am always on the lookout for things that could be helpful.
So I came across Christof Zürn work and thought I would share it with you all, perhaps it will inspire you. (and if you have used it, let me know in the comments, really curious)
So what is Music thinking?
It is a mindset that encourages thinking from diverse perspectives and encourages meaningful collaboration across silos.
It integrates agile, Design Thinking, and Service Design with branding and organizational change.
The Music Thinking Framework is a repeating and dynamic model and has 6 cues that help answer:
>How can we be more creative as a business? >How can we genuinely be more people-centric? >Who are we as an organisation? >What is the best way to communicate so that everybody knows how we work and what to do? >How can we operate a more flexible and transformative business? >How can we consistently deliver and continuously surprise our stakeholders?
The Six Cues of Music Thinking

The Six Cues are starting points for interventions and collaboration and work together in a dynamic challenge and solution space, with Listen, Tune, Play, and Perform as phases in the process. They form a connected system where different elements influence each other.
Wonder how we could add a behavioral lens to it, or combine it with other methods. 🤔
