Part-time Senior Behavioral Scientist Consultant at Save the Children International
The Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children, also known as CUBIC, is the first applied behavioral science team in the world to focus on the rights and welfare of the most marginalised children.
Objective
Collaborate on and lead behavioral science projects with Country Office staff.
Duties:
1.
Project Leadership
Manage 1-3 projects, coordinating with staff, and adjusting as needed. 2.
Research & Analysis
Conduct desk and on-site research, guiding data analysis for project design. 3.
Intervention & Evaluation
Design experiments, determine evaluation methods, and oversee data collection. 4.
Training
Conduct behavioral science workshops, introducing the subject and facilitating hands-on sessions.
