What framework do you use for decision making

What framework do you use for decision making? Have you tried Cynefin?

Cynefin is a framework to help in decision making and has three primary types of domains.

You could look at these as types of domains as challenges if you were working on identifying business challenges for example.

1. Ordered 2.Complex 3.Chaotic

Most business challenges fall under the complex domain. (Good to align these to behavior outcomes)

I’ve used it in workshops before and know others do as well, but I am always curious about alternatives.
