Summer reading πŸ“– is in full swing

I like to get my new books each summer and then kick off reading season!

This years theme will be around a few topics I want to go deeper on:

-The Brain 🧠 and how it works so we can design better experiences (at work and at home) -Neuroscience for organizational change -Decision Making -Better Thinking πŸ€” -Color Psychology -Culture

I will start to share insights on the books as I get through them πŸ˜€ - I’ve already done a few and I am reading from a few each day (they are strategically placed around the house )

Some of the books include

The Brain Friendly Workplace by Friederike Fabritius

The Culture Map by Erin Meyer

Un#%ck your Brain by Faith Harper (really interesting style of writing)

Neuroscience for Organizational Change by Hilary Scarlett

And more, i’ll do posts on them soon, I have about 35 or so to share

I am also planning some tools around some of the learnings as well.

If you want to stay up to date on the books, don’t forget to have a look at my book list by going to Aim For Behavior - my site where you can find everything behavioural science related.
