This book I read called
On Making Smart Decisions has some great examples of decision making.
One of the articles I particularly liked written by Paul Rogers and Marcia Blenko talks the decision driven organization and gives us a nice Decision Diagnostic tool which I wanted to share:
The tool itself has 10 prompting questions, 5 of which are below for you to get some inspiration.
💡Decision Diagnostic
Take the last few decisions you made and ask yourself:
1. Were the decisions right? 2. Were they made with appropriate speed? 3.Were the right people involved, in the right way? 4.
Were decisions based on appropriate facts? 5. Did the organization’s metrics and incentives encourage people to make the right decisions?
