Here is a free course on Managing Happiness from Harvard University

I have just enrolled, as it sounded interesting and of course, I do this also from an "researchers" point of view, to study and see what the latest is out there.

The course "will introduce cutting-edge survey tools, the best research, and trends in social science, neuroscience, and philosophy to help learners unlock the strategies to create a more purposeful life, full of long-lasting enjoyment and satisfaction"

It also covers how genetic, social, and economic influences impact your happiness and teaches you how to apply mind, body, psychology, and community to manage emotions and behaviors for greater happiness.

You even get to make a happiness portfolio.

Why not give it a try?
