Here are some books to help you evolve culture in your organization
At Aim For Behavior we help companies assess their current organizational culture, and use behavioral science to define behaviors and to understand gaps that need to be addressed.
Over the years, we have looked at many papers, resources, assessments, frameworks, models and theories and through our projects we have been able to refine our process, which we continue to do every day.
One of the most important things about change is to learn how to think about the people, the system and the environment, and not to just to design solutions without a systematic and evidence based process.
Culture and org change is an area I am particularly passionate about, because I have seen both good and not so good and know that if an organization wants to evolve, it can do so if they are willing to use the right levers - which are not only about individual change, but about how the system has to support the change.
