Everyone feels stuck at some point in their career/work life. It's the way it is and there are ways to deal with that. Some people downshift, some change careers or companies, some freeze and wait for the feeling to pass.
My way is to get inspired beyond my current engagement, to find new points of view, to get new skills and apply it . Design captivated my mind ever since I joined Alan Robertson and David Kemp at AirDesign. It was then when I learned about design thinking, service design and customer experience.
Now, I'm trying to find my angle in CX by learning about Behaviour Design from Robert Meza and his courses. I love that it's about practical application rather than just theory. Together with my awesome Insight team, I plan to apply new knowledge and skills to create the best experiences for Lloyd's Register clients and colleagues around the globe:)
