Does your organization help you build good routines and habits to improve your work? (Or stop bad ones?)

Do you build habits for yourself?

Designing for habits work has helped me tremendously. (And many others as well)

From bringing in more mindfulness, to improving my health and of course the ways I work?

Your team can benefit tremendously from aligning and creating on new routines/habits or stopping old ones

As most routines or habits are automatic, you need a good system to define, ideate, design, implement and test.

I am thinking of opening this framework up to more people (helps with improving it with more feedback) as a workshop training course (remote)where people can go through a mock case.

Some of the elements on the board include session that look at:

-Interviews -Journeys and micro journeys, -Ideation -Prioritization -Habit Loops -Tools and Behavioral Strategies -Testing

This can be great if you are in change management, digital transformation, HR, Future of Work, employee wellbeing..

There is a nice article from McKinsey on organizational habits, which ill link below in the comments

If you are interested in it for your organization, let me know :)
