At the start of the year, I left

At the start of the year, I left my Microsoft job to take on the new challenge of starting a Behavioral Science practice at Tonal. The past six months have been filled with lots of learning, pushing myself into new areas, and working with some fantastic people.

Today this new venture ended as I was a part of the third of the company that was laid off. I've followed the layoffs throughout #startups, so I knew it was possible, but I am still left disappointed and concerned about what happens next. I will remain optimistic and plan to spend the next couple of weeks writing, building the Applied Behavioral Science Association, and learning!

As of today, I am open to work and would love any leads or contacts that anyone in my network can share. I have built myself to be an Applied Behavioral Scientist and I continue looking for roles with this focus but also have the skills and interest in #userresearch,  #appliedsciences,  #marketresearch, and Mixed Methods Research.

Tough day, but I will make it through this a stronger person :)
