Are you the kind of person that benefits from using tools and systems?

This specific board is for Biases

Here are the top 10 we have seen repeated over and over.

1. Loss Aversion 2. Peak end Rule 3.

Confirmation Bias 4. Scarcity 5. Social Proof 6.

Anchoring Bias 7. Reciprocity 8. Default Bias 9.

Planning Fallacy 10. Framing

I have been working together with Patricia Meza on building a toolkit for using psychology and behavior to help build better products and services.

We have gone through a good amount of books, papers and resources on to see which biases are mentioned the most and we will then start building out some sort of summarized board on Miro for it which we will most probably share publicly (full version will have more examples, definitions and applications)

In Total we are aiming at having something like a deck of cards with 50 or so (though there are many many more, which we slowly are adding to.)

It is impossible to memorise all this (well maybe not impossible), but it’s better to go back to your tools and frameworks to make sure you aren’t missing anything.
