All good things will come to an end

All good things will come to an end. I now have time to take on new clients or project or work with agencies if they need a new resource, on a one time or project basis, remotely :) (reach out 😊)

I have to thank Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) for the time I was able to consult and freelance.

In that time I was able to work on so many diverse projects:

-AR experiences for an App -Design Sprints to validate and build new services -Internal mapping of processes and journeys of teams to break down silos -An e-commerce Marketplace to sell experiences/hotels and enable local commerce -Research, Ideation, problem discovery, prototyping and testing -Museum and Culture Site transformation -New service improvements like call centers -Visitor experience and Employee Experience -Remote work, Strategy Sprints, Ecosystem Mapping -Service Design and Behavior Design -DigiD Transformation

I am truly greatful for the trust, for the work and for the testing and learning on methods, tools and mindset.

I will miss you all and wish you always the best in the future.
