What stands out for me:
1)The use of Behavioral Science as a diagnostic tool and not just an intervention tool.
2)Think about the system (systems thinking)
3)Behavioral Science is not only about nudges, I repeat 🔁, it is not just about nudges.
Contect matters, and results from nudges are not universal.
