We are almost done with our Behavioral Design Strategy Board and as I am a firm believer in testing and iteration, we are happy to announce that Elina Halonen and I will be offering one team to work with us on a specific behavioral opportunity/challenge.
The sessions will be run in a remote setting.
There will be some workshops, some asynchronous work, and some training.
We will help you:
-Identify Business Challenge -Identify the Behavior you want to drive -Map the Barriers -Identify intervention strategies
We should be able to do this in 4 sessions, but again we can adapt.
Think of Elina and me as an extension of your team during the time we work together.
We can always adapt the sessions based on the team, maturity, and specific challenge you are working on.
As we are doing this pro-bono, all we ask is for good feedback on the process so we can improve it where needed.
Our Aim is not just to test the board but to bring value to your team, clients and organization.
