Very curious to see the takeaways and insights in my latest addition to the reading list - Motivational Interviewing and CBT.
As a believer of combining different strategies for a more holistic growth, I am curious to explore how MI and CBT can enhance results in the health and coaching world.
MI's ability to ignite intrinsic motivation paired with CBT's practical tools sounds like a good blend of strategies!
