There is no one way or one process to rule them all...
Behavioural Science has so much to contribute to how we enable and create experiences and ultimatly help people - if done right, the insights and analysis can help set the foundation for delivering the right strategies.
However it cannot and should not be left alone and siloed or think that it is a better process than the rest.
There is so much that behavioural science practitioners can learn from other disciplines.
Perhaps this is why I tend to take a different approach at work - and why I am constantly trying to incorporate different perspectives.
This includes having behavioral scientists on a project, who also work and collaborate with service designers or other experts to innovate on ways to solve the challenge at hand.
There is no one way to solve a problem, there are many ways and the more we work together and combine the better chance we can all have at success.

-Research involves methods like desk research, ethnographic approaches, and data collection techniques, culminating in data visualization and analysis.

-Prototyping focuses on service processes, experiences, objects, environments, and digital prototyping, alongside methods like cardboard and paper prototyping.
-Implementation covers change management, software development, service design/product management, and service design/architecture, illustrating a comprehensive approach to designing and implementing services.
If you work in behaviour change, make sure you learn and combine from other areas, so your valuable experience can really shine.
If you come from Service Design or other areas, then try and learn behavioral science (beyond lists of biases).
