Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive, kind, and helpful with me on this Behavioral Science journey.
The feedback I got from the behavior design framework from all of you (and other free frameworks) increases my motivation and keeps my brain going to create and share more.
Behavior change is something personal to me because it is about me and about those around me.
Although I have made it my job, it never feels like a job to read things about human psychology and neuroscience and then observe them in real life.
I care about how my brain works, how I make decisions, and how the context and environment around me influence the things I do.
I suffered from burnout a while back - so to start to understand what was influencing me, what my brain was rewarding me with, and what habits and concepts it formed is amazing (I am still working on my brain and forming new concepts and rewards).
I care to understand how to be a better father and husband, how to know when and how to talk to my daughter, and how to teach her about the world, the influences in her environment, her brain, and the concepts it forms.
The complexity of our daily world is sometimes overwhelming, and knowing how to navigate that a bit better every day makes me happy and hopeful.
My mission has always been to help design better experiences - be it for me or for others.
After speaking to so many of you, and reading your comments about teaching, I decided to take the plunge and go for it.
I made my first course ever (10 years in the making mind you...)
The format is easy and the lessons are practical.
There will be short lessons and a real-life exercise so you can see my step-by-step process.
I will be updating the course from time to time with new insights, tactics, and tools and of course with your always appreciated feedback.
If you want to have a look I'll leave the link in the comments.
Once again, THANK YOU all!
P.S - for those of you who signed up to know more about the cohort-based training, I will be sending you an email later today.
