An Update to my Behavior Diagnosis Course - also with new case studies and a more in-depth understanding of the levers you have to change behavior 4.
Aim For Behavior · 2023-08-30

I spent time in nature last week, doing long walks and thinking about how to share more with you all, who support and encourage me here.

Here are the things

I will be working on and sharing with you soon:

1. A Free (30-minute) Course on Behavioral Science (It may go on LinkedIn Learning if they approve me, but also on my site Aim For Behavior)

2.

An Update to my Behavior Design Basics Course

It will include more case studies, as well as more explanations of the process and behavior change strategies

3. An Update to my Behavior Diagnosis Course - also with new case studies and a more in-depth understanding of the levers you have to change behavior

4. A Behavior Journey Mapping Course - including both As-is and future state maps in a step-by-step process with a case study focusing on change

5. A Behavior Design for Digital Products Toolkit (perhaps as a course or as a platform with components you can use...still in development)

6. I have been spending time increasing my knowledge of neuroscience, so will be sharing more on how it fits with behavioral change and decision-making

7. I will be sharing new and interesting books on subjects such as motivational interviewing, CBT, Decision Making, Neuroscience, and your Brain

8. I will be creating new free frameworks and tools for you all to use for decision-making, behavior change, innovation, culture change, and design...

9. I am thinking of doing a free open workshop on Miro to show the basics of behavior in action - but as I have not run a workshop with the Miro Community team, perhaps I need someone there to have a call with (Helena Brandist - maybe you can help me?)

10. I will be publishing collaborations with some interesting people (already in the works), who will be writing some articles and teaching some important and practical tools for behavior change, from Motivational Interviewing to Behavior Change Ontologies. (If you want to collaborate, do DM me)

Is there anything want me to focus on to help you create better customer and employee experiences?

Do let me know in the comments, and please keep me accountable 😀

Reminder

Here are some of the free tools I created recently: (available at Aim For Behavior)

✅ The Big Bias Board - over 50 Biases with both written and visual examples

✅ Behavior Design Strategy - A Framework that helps combine Behavioral Science and Human Centred Design (also credit to Elina Halonen)

✅ Innovation Framework - Combines Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) and Behavioral Science / COM-B/ Behavior Change Wheel

✅ Concept Card - a good way to validate your concepts before going to the next phase

✅ Behavior Audit/Journey - Including COM-B

✅ Behavior Design Canvas - A way to visualize your strategy

✅ Opportunity Mapping - A template to help you go from a problem-first approach to a solution-first approach.

Thanks for all your support, Robert
