How difficult is it to change behavior for yourself, your employees, or your customers?

We don't always think that changing something is going to be hard or complicated for those for whom we are changing it, but too often we don't really think it through in a systematic way - and the results end up being disappointing.

If you are just starting out, the best is to start small and choose things that will be easy to change (think quick wins) - once you have those quick wins, you may see other things change as a result of the initial changes.
